Need a name for the boat.
Look what was on the top of my car when I got home last night . . .

A BRAND-NEW PYRANHA BURN!
I'm super thrilled to own a Burn. It's a monster creekboat that does well on big rivers, so it should be perfect for me. Bernie over at Whitewater Warehouse gave me a good deal (because I am a professional kayaker now), and I owe him an article for his newsletter in exchange.

Now, on to business:
This boat needs a name. The short list, in alphabetical order: Argon (used in blue neon signs), Bunsen (burner known for its blue flame), Erwin ("white river"), Inys/Innes ("from the river island"), Torlan ("from the river bank"), Torren (from "torrent"), or Xenon (used to make blue-white lights).

The boat isn't going into the water -- any water -- until it has a name. Of course, I can't run a river with it until I have a sprayskirt (apparently they don't regularly stock XS women's skirts for an XL-cockpit boat), but with Cheat Fest coming up quickly and the speed of custom orders these days, time is short. Help me out, folks!

Backstory

When I applied to be a video boater, I had been whitewater kayaking a total of 10 times. I had practically no gear, and I hadn't been in a kayak in 8 months. They hired me anyway, probably because I have video experience.
This is a chronicle of my journey, beginning as a newbie who's still a bit scared of Class II+ rapids and finishing (hopefully) as a skilled video boater who can have fun in Class V water.
