| I'm leaving town Friday morning, so I only have a couple days left for basic preparations. I'm planning to buy most of my food and several items I can live without for a week or two once I get to Fayetteville (there is a walmart, after all), but in the meantime I still need to get stuff from Whole Foods and go pick up my sprayskirt and gloves in Dayton and return books to the library and take all the recycling to the bins and all that goodness.
The actual packing isn't going badly; I have pretty much everything and just need to get it all sorted and organized. That shouldn't take too much time (I hope). I also have a bit more electronic packing to do -- burning discs with my iTunes library, which is larger than my laptop's hard drive, for example. If all goes well, pretty much all the packing will be done tonight. Hopefully.
Oh, and I have a DVD master that needs to be finished and burned before I can leave, too. Crud. I really don't want to work on that project, but I don't seem to have a choice at this point . . . Labels: complaining, logistics |
HI!!! I'm glad your going! I wanted, also, to suggest that perhaps my cousin Ethan could come with us when we go somewhere? He's desperate for mountains and the like, and I think of him when thinking of going outdoors.
Werd.
